  • Planned, Implemented and maintained corporate software and hardware standards for Windows 2000, FreeBSD and Red Hat Linux.
  • Planned, Implemented and maintained corporate Intranet sites, proxy servers, intrusion detection systems, remote access and VPN services and Exchange 2000 servers.
  • Planned, implemented and maintained Open Source software such as Red Hat Linux and FreeBSD.

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Current

  • Completed the core 4 exams required to hold an MCSA certification.

Microsoft Tech-ED, 6/2003

  • Attended Microsoft Tech-Ed in Dallas, TX, for 7 days of hands-on training in a multitude of Microsoft products and technologies.

Rio Salado Community College, Current

  • Various continuing education courses in the Information Technology field, including Microsoft, Cisco, UNIX, Linux and Novell. I am currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Computer Science.

HP Technical Support Certification, 10/2000

  • Certification received for completion of the Hewlett Packard Solaris technical support program.

  • Graduated from the Medical Assistant program at The Bryman School as a Certified Medical Assistant. I am CPR and first aid certifiable.
